Executive Leadership Coaching
Strengthen executive presence, strategic judgment, communication, influence, and the capacity to lead amid competing priorities.
Clarity for leaders. Courage for what comes next.
Confidential executive coaching for senior leaders carrying complex responsibility, navigating consequential transitions, and shaping organizations where people and performance can thrive.
The work behind the title
At senior levels, the questions get harder, the stakes get higher, and honest counsel becomes harder to find. Coaching creates protected space to think beyond the immediate, challenge assumptions, and choose how you will lead when the answer is not obvious.
Will partners with leaders who want more than advice. They want a disciplined thought partner—someone who understands institutions, people, power, service, and the realities of leading through change.

Meet your coach
Will brings a rare view of leadership—from the front line to the highest levels of the Department of the Army. A retired Army Sergeant Major and former member of the Senior Executive Service, he served as Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs and as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary.
His work has centered on people: how institutions recruit, develop, support, organize, and lead them at scale. He understands the pressure of consequential decisions, the discipline required to steward public trust, and the identity shift that accompanies major professional transition.
As a coach, Will offers grounded candor, thoughtful challenge, and respect for the whole person behind the role. His approach is practical, strategic, and rooted in a lifetime of service.
